A BOXED .22 WEBLEY & SCOTT PREMIER MKII TRANSITIONAL AIR-PISTOL, batch number 706,
circa 1975, with blued 6 7/8in. barrel of earlier form, knurled grip, stove-enamelled stepped receiver and frame with inlet makers and model details on a foil decal, adjustable rear-sight blade, three pin trigger unit with additional trigger adjuster and chequered hard rubber grips, appearing very little used in an incorrect but period carton for a .177 version with orange flip-lid; complete with printed warning label, a photostat spares sheet and a period paper target
Provenance: The first issues of the new MKII Premier used up existing stocks of MKI Premier barrels before changing to cast nose-mounts
